The Annual BET Awards is here again! #BETAwards2016 was held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles 26th June 2016.
The ceremony was hosted by Tracee Ellis Rossand Anthony Anderson, the stars of the hit ABC series Black-ish.
This year a lot was expected from the BET Awards show, a tribute to Prince, performances from stars including Usher, Alicia Keys andFuture.
Typically we expected nothing less than glam from the celebrities and they all came through looking fabulous. Alicia was spotted with no makeup and she looked absolutely stunning. It was also great to see Beyoncé’s dancers get in formation on the red carpet.

Nigerian diva Yemi Alade attended the 2016 BET Awards and made a bold fashion statement on the red carpet wearing a piece from celebrated designer Zuhair Murad’s 2016 Resort Collection.
The dress the Effyzzie Music diva wore reportedly cost a staggering sum ofN2,500,000.
The “Na Gode” singer who was nominated for the “Best International Act: Africa” wore minimal make-up and jewelry and allowed the expensive dress do all the talking.
Yemi Alade who released her praised jewelry collection last year, will also be unveiling her fashion label “House of Tangerine (H.O.T)”, at the 2016 African Fashion Week Nigeria and London.
